Think they can cure AIDS and solve world hunger at this "summit"... LMAO.
you lick nutz like stamps.... If you had half a brain in that booze-swollen potato-eating head of yours, you'd know that a die shrink will consume less power and hence produce less heat. Heat is what is warping boards and causing the RRoD.
“I reckon the best way to get more women into the industry is to start at school, perhaps by setting up 'girls only' computer clubs. This should take the form of playing games of all genres… without the pressure from the boys to be an expert. There should also be sessions to allow girls to create mini games of their choice, whether it be on the art side or the programming.”
Yeah, that's fair, how long would a "boys only" computer club last? wtf? That's like guys desig...
Why not donate some of the mucho coin they're raping customers for the LEGENDARY edition?
FUK is 3 letters dork :)
You mean that thing can play games?!
Very fun game. Might have to go back and re-visit this on the box. Never got to play the PC version though. Only bad thing on the xbox port was the frame rate chug. Introduced me to the wonders of rag-doll physics :)
Aren't Power Rangers on or something?...
"We have not started optimizing specifically for frame rate yet, but we will have a game at a solid 30fps when we are finished "
Well I sure as hell hope so. 30 fps is the LEAST acceptable frame rate. 60 would be nice (some people can tell the diff. between 30 and 60, I can). I guess a rock solid 30 is better than a stuttering 60...
mmmkayyyy. (scratches head)
.... got any new in-game?
I disagree. How many people do you personally know that do this? Do you? Urban folklore. A few do, most do not.
NIN just sucks at supplying demand. Period.
it's a mock-up for the article sack-boy. M$ only applied for a patent. Reading is fun, you should try it sometime. meh
1. Area load lag or streaming?
2. Pop-in?
3. so will it really have on-line co-op or not?
You really can't just look at a chip and say they shrank the die. A die shrink does not a smaller chip (always) make. As for the Xenos GPU, well they never said anything about shrinking it yet. Fewer capacitors and their size reduction MIGHT mean a 65nm chip. All this looks to mean lower heat and lower power and less mobo warpage, which should mean fewer RRoDs due to thermal issues. Keeping fingers crossed it's the 65nm.... but not buying one anyway LOL! (launch unit still flawless).
I bet your family tree doesn't branch much.
'tard.
phantom post
please proceed :)
I also have a 360 premium. I'm not angry at all they're releasing the Elite. I just wish it was loaded with goodies like the 65nm Xenon, internal wifi, yadayada... and yes I WOULD like an internal HD-DVD drive. Why would I want an internal HD-DVD drive?... Because it would still be able to read games as well as play HD-DVD media. Being a casual gamer and very casual movie watcher I'm not worried about "burning out" my drive since I have a life outside of videogaming and movie watchi...
so anybody know how much space Oblivion would take up UNCOMPRESSED????
From there we can formulate a better debate than "OMG PS3 PWNS 360 OBLIVION".
but seriously, for Blu-Ray (unless you're owned by SONY) why front money for upgrading production equipment if all this will be accomplished by digital dload in the next 4 years?... I wouldn't invest money in equipment which will be relatively obsolete in a few years. Which brings me back to "HD-DVD cut your price!!!"
HD-DVD is slightly inferior to Blu-Ray in a tech sense... but really not in a way that'll be noticeable to the end user. I'd rather pay less for games ...
Player befriends dog. Dog saves players bacon. Dog gets killed by end Boss. Player avenges dogs death. Roll credits =/
